  Keeping Up With Knowledge Translation (KT) Public Perspectives on Data: How Engagement is Shaping the Work of Health Data Research Network Canada (HDRN Canada)

  Governments and public bodies routinely collect information about people using public services, for example, when someone visits a doctor, has surgery, or fills a prescription. This information—also called administrative health data—can be a powerful tool to study and better understand patient needs and how well health services are meeting them. Yet, once collected, these data are often disconnected from the patient experience.

  Join us for a lively discussion about how Health Data Research Network Canada (HRDN Canada) is involving diverse patients and the public in administrative health data use and governance, including practical examples of meaningful engagement.
