    On Change Management - does it work?

      There have been for some time all kinds of change management theories and efforts. Generally they have not worked - a 70% fail rate.

      Annette sent me this blog which is an excellent and easy read. Here is a quote from it that hit me.

      "But the real change in organisations is when you change the way that people connect, and the most profound way in which that connection can be achieved is through small actions that change perceptions in an evolutionary way."

      Since what we are often trying to do as advisors, frankly, it feels like we are all in our own way making a difference -- and can do more as we understand more.
