Pivot Design is looking for an older person who is a regular user of lab services

Pivot Design is working with a local lab services company to create a digital tool to make patient experience easier and better.

They are looking to interview anyone who is a regular user of lab services, male or female, 65 years of age or older who has a chronic condition and/or experiences accessibility issues.

Participants will receive a $20 Tim Hortons card and can be interviewed over the phone.
