You can live anywhere in Canada and particpate in this. From the wording, it is not clear that the surgery needs to be for cancer.

"My research group is currently testing an exercise before surgery intervention to improve function and quality of life for older people with frailty having cancer surgery.

We are seeking an older individual or care giver with experience having surgery. We would like to get input on choice of study measures to evaluate patient experience with our exercise program, as well as study conduct and interpretation. We are also going to undertake a related systematic review, and would appreciate a patient perspective in the review's design, interpretation and reporting.

We have a grant due at the end of the month, so any response would be appreciated"
