This request is from a research group at Women's College Hospital. Dr Sinha is a noted expert on the subject of aging (not to say any of us at PAN are in that category : )

"We recently launched our first white paper which was focused on Adult Immunization and Influenza (https://www.ryerson.ca/content/dam/nia/white-papers/burden-of-influenza.pdf).

As an extension of this we are now focused on adult immunization more generally and how to increase vaccination rates of older adults across Canada.

We have partnered with a company called Bridgeable who will be helping us look at how to better understand how to increase vaccination rates for older adults, their caregivers and providers. We are super excited to be working with them. They are a great team who has taken on our project as a pro-bono contribution. Here a link to their website with a bit more information about them - http://bridgeable.com/

Bridgeable will lead a "design sprint" for this. A design sprint is an intensive

week-long process that aims to generate insights and tactics about a key business challenge through social science research, business strategy, and design thinking methodologies. It allows the design team to quickly generate insights about end-users and rapidly prototype and test ideas to build momentum around the challenge.

We are looking for individuals who may be interested in taking part in this project at a variety of levels from an interview to a focus group, or the design workshop.

There are varying degrees of involvement that we are seeking, and an honrarium of $30 to $50 will be provided in apprevciation.

        • A 2-3 hour small group interview March 5 or March 6, at our office in Toronto

        • A 1-2 hour small group workshop on March 8 at our office in Toronto
