Happy Fright Night!! I hope you get more treats than tricks tonight

The PaCER program has funding for two cohorts of interns for 2019 (through the IMAGINE grant, I believe). They are hoping to form one of them in Ontario and the other in Alberta. If there are good candidates outside those two provinces, I suspect they would figure out how to include them.

The program does not cost the student anything in money, although it is a fairly time consuming program. It's at a masters level and students that complete earn a certificate from the University of Calgary.

I have a poster for the information night, but cannot upload it. It's November 19th - 7:30 to 9:00 pm EST. People can join on a teleconference program called AnyMeeting. The RSVP email is pacergroup@ucalgary.ca.

If you know of anyone who might be interested, could you forward this information to them? Of course, I'm also happy to answer any questions that people might have too.

Thanks for the info. Is this the meeting that was supposed to be last week? Do you have a link by chance to register for the teleconference on November 19th?

There was an information session scheduled for October 23rd, but it was rescheduled to November 19th. The link to register is pacergroup@ucalgary.ca. They will send you the AnyMeeeting link to the orientation session. The orientation is live in Calgary, but they have added teleconference functionality so it can be joined from anywhere.
