It will likely be a lunchtime panel.

There will be three presenters

- Marnee Wilson, President of NPAO
- Paula Carere, Clinical lead for NP led clinic in Waterloo,
- a patient representative.

The objective of the panel will be:

To discuss how strategic deployment of the NP workforce across the continuum of care reduces hallway healthcare through:
• improved transitions in care for patients,
• rapid assessments and linking vulnerable patients to primary care
• enhancing preventative care,
• reducing emergency transfers, including for patients in Long-term Care
