      The Food for Health Symposium will be taking place at the Evergreen Brickworks in Toronto, May 15-16, 2019.

      It has been organized by Nourish: The Future of Food in Healthcare. Specifically, they are hosting a workshop titled: "Anchoring Health: The patient tray as a platform to support patient and community health".

      This workshop will share stories of patient experiences, and will engage participants in a dialogue about pathways to improve patient care and community health through food.

        This is a topic of great interest to me. My honors thesis concerned the effect of diet - particularly vitamins B and C - on schizophrenia. Unfortunately, I am stuck up here in the north.
