Health Quality Ontario is accepting nominations to its OTAC (Ontario Technology Advisory Committee) until July 24th

Your expertise can help us make informed recommendations on health care services and devices in Ontario.

The Ontario Health Technology Advisory Committee helps make evidence-based recommendations to the Ministry of Health on which health care services and devices should be publicly funded.

The committee is made up of volunteer members from across the province, including health care experts and individuals who can contribute the patient perspective.

We are looking for experienced and knowledgeable individuals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Clinical epidemiology

Health technology assessment

Health technology procurement and innovation

People with lived experience

Experience receiving and/or providing care in Northern Ontario

Expected commitment:
Participating in monthly meetings in Toronto, typically lasting 4 to 6 hours

Committing to a three-year membership

Reviewing documents circulated between meetings, and participating in occasional teleconference meetings
