        Some musings.............

Thanks Alies. While reading your post about the Beryl Institute, I had an "AHA consolidation learning revelation" which I want to share.

First, PAN is a very informative, educational "school of learning". My PFA "lenses" have been enlarged considerably and as a result I no longer toil alone.... my "solo" journey, only supplied me with a collection of bits & pieces that were challenging to understand and I was stuck a lot and spinning my wheels. Since being part of the PAN family, I find I am making connections, assembling the fragments and perceiving a more comprehensive picture/understanding of our "provincial, territory health systems' " gaps, barriers, obstacles, etc... Thank you to all who have contributed to this significant revelation.

Second and "as important, through PAN opportunities to engage in PFA initiatives, I've also been able to learn about health professionals, health-related organizations' innovations, works, practices, approaches that are being executed successfully, in pockets across the Canadian health systems which have sound evidence. I see such real value for all stakeholders in coordinating and integrating them across our health systems.

I think another of my objectives is/will be to work more closely with "others" (i.e. - those who can influence, lead, implement changes) to facilitate their perceiving the value of these. Sharing our PFA experiences and our knowledge of the valid happenings, across the health systems can facilitate them in adopting, adapting, scaling these up and spreading them across all the health systems .

The PAN member stories, examples, thought provoking inquiries, openness and collaboration are saving me from being a "Toooo bruised", OPTIMIST !

        Thank you!

        Denyse
