Canada's Chief Science Officer has mandated the creation of the CanCOVID Network: CanCOVID is an expert network of Canadian COVID-19 researchers, clinical collaborators and healthcare stakeholders from across the country. The CanCOVID network is by invitation only, and is restricted to verified members of the COVID-19 response community.

Eligibility: PATIENT ADVOCATES: Patients, caregivers and advocates who sit on a patient engagement panel or advisory board with a recognized health organization will qualify for CanCOVID membership. If you are a patient advocate, you do not require a professional email address to join CanCOVID; however please include a link to a page on a health organization's website or other document that demonstrates your participation on a patient engagement panel or advisory board.

The CanCOVID network also has an online speaker series. Members of the network will receive a link and password the the live Zoom presentation. Others can watch the recordings of the presentations here.

If selected, CanCOVID will link up Canada's COVID-19 research network using Slack, an online messaging and collaboration platform that organizes real-time group discussion into team-specific and topic-specific channels.

I filled out the application in early May and received confirmation of acceptance within a few days . I dont have any special qualifications ...

Did you complete the form ? any replies ?

Thanks for your reply, the link never worked for me. I went back a few times, and checked again today.

Not sure what was happening but I couldn't even get to point of filling something in.
