Patient Partner Research Opportunity: Falls and Social Isolation

Researchers from the Knowledge Translation Program are working on a query from the Public Health Agency of Canada to identify interventions for social isolation in older adults who have experienced a fall.

They would like to engage a patient partner (who is 65 years or older and has experienced a fall) on this project to ensure the patient perspective is incorporated in our work.
