Covid-19 Hospital Restrictions survey

The California Preterm Birth Initiative is looking for participants for their survey on how policies and practices have changed during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. This survey is open to hospital administrators, patient care unit leaders, Patient and Family Centered Care coordinators/directors, Patient/Family advisory council members or those in other advisory roles.
