If you have had at least one real-time, virtual health care appointment (i.e., video, phone) during COVID-19, we want to hear from you!

Our study, Learning from Patient’s Experiences with Synchronous Virtual Primary Care Encounters During the COVID-19 Pandemic, is looking to survey individuals from Ontario who have had virtual care appointments with a primary care provider (family doctor, general practitioner, or nurse practitioner).

As an interview participant, you will:

• Complete a 30-minute interview with one of our researchers
• Help inform recommendations to the Ontario government regarding how to provide high quality health care through the use of virtual care appointments.
• Receive a $10 gift card of your choice in recognition of your time
