2021 CADTH Conference Nov. 2, 3, 4

I signed up for this conference. It cost $50 and they have since refunded the money. This is the note I got -

"I’m writing to let you know that we have decided to waive the registration fee for patients attending the 2021 CADTH Symposium. Anyone who has already registered as a patient group representative will have their registration fee refunded. For new registrations, a promotional code will be included at our end to bring the amount owing to $0 (subject to approval). You are welcome to share this information with other patients.

When registering, some patients expressed a need for additional financial support to attend the Symposium. These will be dealt with on an individual basis. If you asked for additional financial support when you registered, please send me an email explaining the additional expenses you anticipate (e.g., what, and how much). If approved in advance in writing, these expenses will be reimbursed based on receipts submitted following the event.

I am pleased CADTH is continuing to support patient participation at our annual Symposium."

Thanks, Annette. I have signed up and will attend many of sessions. I was asked to pay $50 +tax and did so, but hopefully there will be a refund.
