When it involves aging I like to get my opinion in, since that's where I'm heading.
Who is conducting this survey? SE Health and the Covenant family — two leading health organizations — have joined forces to create the COURAGE: Action for Better Aging initiative, a social movement for change to reimagine aging where older adults have choice, independence and quality of life.

Who is this survey for? Older adults in Canada who live at home and in the community — in other words, outside of nursing homes and long-term care facilities.

What is the purpose of this survey? We want to understand your daily living and care goals and needs now and as you get older. We would also like to learn about the challenges you face to achieve these needs and goals. Your feedback will help the COURAGE team prioritize our activities to support a new vision for aging in Canada.
