   The Ontario Standards for Care (OSC) program is a newly established transformational provincial program that will take evidence-based clinical and quality standards and translate them into decision support tools that are digitally embedded into frontline clinical information systems.
   This program will include a system stakeholder panel will act in an advisory capacity (non-decision advisory body) with a mandate to provide a forum for feedback, guidance, and advice to the OSC consortium. The Panel will be responsible for providing high level guidance and feedback on the direction and roll out of the OSC program.
   We are looking for patient representatives to sit on this panel.
