Canadians 65-plus account for nearly half of Canada's healthcare spending (almost $100 billion), but only 15 percent of the population.

JOIN US and learn, network, brainstorm new ideas, address key questions and challenges at Canada's only conference on the complex and critical issue of frailty.

VISIT the Storyboard Forum featuring innovations from across the country.

LISTEN to our expert speakers and Top Innovators as they discuss their innovative work to improve care for older adults living with frailty and/or support their caregivers.

Wondering why there is a need to expense to caregivers, a $25.00 fee? Let us please remember caregivers of frail seniors who are on fixed incomes will also be paying their own transportation costs, meals & perhaps parking/accommodations, if coming from out of town.

Caregivers are significant "unpaid" stakeholders. How does this $25.00 fee benefit, demonstrate, translate into our health system being patient/caregiver centered? Just wondering?
