"As part of our commitment to amplifying the patient voice, we are pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships to patients, caregivers, and family members to attend the 2018 Infoway Partnership Conference in Montreal on November 13-14, 2018.

The presence and participation of patients will enrich the experience of all conference attendees, as well as empower and engage the patient attendees to be advocates in their communities.
