St. Michael's Hospital - Survey - to improve Cholesterol Management

St. Michael’s Hospital researchers, in collaboration with the CANHEART CHOICES research team, are involved in a research study to improve cholesterol management in Ontario. We are looking for Ontario residents living in certain regions outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and between the ages of 40 and 75 years old to consider participating in a 10 minute online survey.

The survey will ask questions to help us understand the knowledge, confidence, attitudes and intentions related to your cholesterol and its effect on your heart. Results from the survey will help to build a broader and better approach to managing cholesterol in Ontario. If you are eligible and complete the survey, your name will be entered into a draw to win a $50 Visa gift card!
