All, this A Day in the Life of Data project is being put together by a group of organizations interested in helping the public understand how data moves, who uses it and for what and how it is protected. They have a radical idea of creating an interactive cartoon-based tool. This should contribute to educating us all about data and data protection issues. It can also be used with policy makers to help identify where the gaps are. With private companies like Telus and others and new types of data coming into play, our protections need to keep up. Plans are for the tool to be updated as new things come on stream.

The Ask: The design group needs some idea of the scenarios and the people (personas) that are involved in those scenarios from people with real life experience. The attached document has some examples to spark your thinking. Please don't use your real name for your persona(s). Feel free to share this opportunity.

      Deadline: March 10, 2021

Contact: Please send your short scenarios with a description of the persona to dvorah.richler@roche.com and copy alies.maybee@gmail.com.

If you want your contribution to the project recognized, please let us know. The draft will be shared back with those involved for further comments and thoughts. It is hoped this will be ready by later in 2021.
