Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) looking for patients hospitalized in the last 3 years - Dec 2021 - Jan 2022

The Canadian Institute for Health Information is looking to speak to patients who were hospitalized in the last three years or their family members/caregivers. Individuals will be invited to share their care experience through a one-hour virtual/phone interview in early December 2021 or January 2022. To compensate individuals for their time, $100 cash will be provided (or in an alternate form if preferred). These care experiences will be included in a public report scheduled for release in the middle of 2022.

At this time, we are looking for individuals from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Manitoba, or Alberta. Additional details can be found in the attached.
