CIHI palliative and end-of-life care indicator development - response due by Dec 8, 2021

The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) would like to speak with individuals or family members who have considered or made plans to die at home, in the community, or in hospital.

Your experience will help to inform the development of CIHI’s new health indicator on access to home and community palliative and end-of-life care services in Canada. This indicator will be used to measure access to these services, and the extent to which they align with the expectations and preferences of Canadians.

One 60-minute phone call (video optional) will be conducted in January or February 2022.

Individuals selected for an interview will be provided $100.00 for your time and contribution to the project. Those interested are asked to email indicators@cihi.ca by December 8th.
